im sorry only immature males like "space" to stretch --- when a mature male likes someone they want to be with them all the time ---- and he may not think you are chasing him ---- he maybe allowing you to control the relationship ---- he may think he will annoy you if he keeps contacting you and when you stop he will think you have lost interest --- so why not talk to him find out what he thinks rather than a bunch of strangers that really have no idea ---- best wishes
