I really don't know what happened?

Hey guys. Iknow this is longish but please read!Ok so my best friend today like was texting me, and asked if i could hangout and im grounded, so ya. My mom let me off the hook later that night to go over to my other friends house, and we were bike riding and we saw her outside, and now she won't text me back>??? idk if her phone died, shes mad, or she thinks im annoying, cause lately she has kinda been "forgetting" about plans we have. please tell me whats going on!!?
