Who were these WWE wrestlers?

I do not remember names but they were on Smackdown, they usually wrestled as a tag team you would hardly see them wrestle solo. i havent seen them wrestle since like 2005 or so. they would run into the ring. they were both agile, fast, and little dudes, who were both loved by fans. like i said i dont remember names but i remember one of them had longish shaggy hair, not like Edge long, but an "emo" haircut i guess you could say, and it was black. dont remember how the other guy looked but i hope somebody can help. if you got ideas please let me know with names and pictures of the wrestlers. whoever gets it right i will vote your answer with 5 stars :). thank you.
