What to wear with a dark navy blue dress, shoes, accessories hair,?

So I have a prom comming up, the dress is dark blue with a big ivory bow to the side. its short (comes above the knees) i have longish brown hair and im not sure what bracelets, hair accessories, neckless shoes, make-up or anything to wear with it. HELP!
