WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF (2)15 YEAR OLD GUYS DO THIS TO ME?!?!?!? (story)?

I don't get it : "I have longish/silky/shiny/straight dark brown hair and big green eyes!" Is this supposed to tell us that you're a hot 13 year old?? If you think so then they're probably just kidding around with you because they think youre hot. And they're 15 year old guys with nothing better to do. Guys do that all the time.
