How can I dress more Girly?

Well, I've always sorta dressed in like athletic Longish basketball shorts and a sports shirt of some type. And now it's summer so I wanna sorta change my wardrobe alittle and when I go back to school shopping I'll get more Girly clothes. But I have no idea where to go? What's ur opinion on where to shop? And any tips on makeup, jewelry, or clothes that could help me? Thanks! Oh and Also cute hairstyles for medium length hair! Thank you!!
