Failed Army, will Navy accept?

I have recently just failed my Army medical due to having Osgood schlaters on my knee. this is a growing problem but due to the brilliant Birmingham children's hospital it is all better but they asked for two years with no problems! Is the navy medical the same? i attend sea cadets twice a week and have done for years and also managed to get my work experience at HMS sultan. I am a fully qualified life guard and have to jobs 10GCSE's all B's and A's one A* :/ x
