Do prenatal vitamins make your hair and boobs grow if your NOT pregnant?!?

I'm 15 years old and my hairs pretty longish but I want it super long, and I heard prenatal vitamins make your hair grow really long fast, but I'm not pregnant. So does anyone know if this is true and if so what brand? And also if they make your boobs grow im a B now but would like to be a full C eventually
